Timing is everything. Whether it's the complex syncopation of afro-cuban music or the tightness of pop vocal harmonies, it is the synchronicity of the musicians that makes a groove come alive. With multitrack recording, it can be tough to capture that live interplay between musicians. Using various tools, I can discreetly align recordings that may be slightly off the groove, give MIDI performances a more human feel, or align vocal tracks for clean harmonies and doubles, all without artifacts.
