With a general clean-up: elimination/reduction of background noise, breaths, pops, clipping issues, light EQ and compression as needed, as well as speech leveling/normalizing as needed.
I can also enhance/clean up your audio for video.

While I understand this is not always possible, it is preferable to provide a non-compressed WAV file.
