I will record any tuba solo or base with a home studio equipment. The sound depends of the music genre that you want.I record with a C-3 Berhinger Microphone and M-track interface of M-audio, and actually use the software Logic and Adobe Audition for mixing and editing audio files.
And i record video with a Iphone XR camera for most quality.
